Build a Sleek Website

We need a website to sell tickets for guided tours that we provide. We only offer one kind of tour but customers have the choice to come on private or shared tours with us. We would like a parallax scrolling website which is responsive and can be viewed on all screen sizes, tablets and smart phones. With the main page explaining who we are, what we offer, why us, etc and maybe a second page for booking tours. The website should show us a happy, agile and fun company. We are open to ideas about the design! (General examples - [login to view URL] ; [login to view URL] ) Users would need to be able to select a tour type, choose a time and date, and purchase tickets for adults, concessions / students and children and would need to be able to pay online (through stripe payment system) and receive the e-tickets automatically via email after checkout. We would only collect a 35% deposit (of the total ticket price) online just to reserve their spaces on the tour. Users will have to tick a box agreeing that they understand our terms and conditions before check out. There are only limited spaces available on each tour and shared and private tours cannot occur on the same time if only one tour is taking place. We need to be able to change the times of the available tours and the number of spaces available for each tour along with the ticket prices for different days of the week. We have a domain and a name but do not have a logo. We will need you to set the website up on our domain and our hosting. This website needs to be optimised for SEO, uploaded to google, yahoo and bing and set up for Google analytics as well.
