Build a Website

I have a number of different sites that I would like to refresh and consolidate--the oldest sites are hard coded and the newer sites are built on a drupal platform. Beyond refreshing the sites to the lastest version of drupal (so it can all be managed on 1 platform)...I also want to integrate several of the sites--the highest priority is to integrate the CRM system (sugar) with the drupal environment. My ideal freelancer / vendor will not only have the skills to manage support the development and management of the websites--it is our desire to find an individual or company that can serve as our technical resource supporting the management of our technical infrastructure. Successful candidates will be asked to assess current state and make a recommendation for the future state to best manage space and cost. We are moving at a fairly slow pace so we're anticipating approximately 10-15 hours / month over the next 3 months. Please provide your estimates with this in mind to support a variety of tasks as outlined above--both on our customer facing systems and also on our internal infrastructure. We want our complete technical solution to operate seamlessly.
