Apartment Rooms - Booking system development Looking for a development team for a room reservation website. 2 categories of users: room seekers and landlords - front end part. Give your estimates for 2 types of websites - WordPress-based and non-WP based. Landlords should be able to post their rooms/houses. Renters should be able to book rooms/houses and pay by credit card. The sites should have the ability to advertise featured rooms/houses and receive payment from the advertisers/landlords. Should be able to accept commissions form landlords as well. Customer support should be based on a ticket system. Some fraud prevention should be built, i.e., no money transfer to landlord before approval by renter. Accepting credit cards as form of payment. Back office part to facilitate payments and resolve issues by customer support. Development estimate is by total time and money. Source code and development environment should be transferred.
