Build a Website

I have a client for which I am designing a continuous scrolling website for. I will provide artwork in PSD format. I need a developer to create the website from a PSD and to add some Parallax scrollng effects to it. As an example, I want content to either fade in, or zoom in from the side of the page. The homepage itself will have a large full screen background video playing. I also have an idea for an interactive menu on the homepage using a JQuery carousel which I used on a previous website [login to view URL] You will be ok working with something like this with all costs included in your quote. See [login to view URL] for some similar parallax effects I want. Another site it may look similar to is [login to view URL] - this is just scrolling with no Parallax though. I am still working on the designs and will provide the videos which will load randomly on refresh. You will need to code this also. x5 pages, x1 contact form on contact page. Pages will be very clean and simplified with not much content, so the graphic ideas for Parallax movement is very key to this project, so you will be very experienced at this and very creative. No time wasters with excuses about family accidents or deaths - have heard it all before and basically if this is you, don't bother applying as you won't get paid if you delay the project with excuses. Please do not apply unless you can provide me with the 3 latest Parallax jobs you have done. I am not looking to see loads of links to plain websites, only ones relevant to this project to prove you can do it.
