No, title, authors, and pdf file and submit button., if we click on submit button, then the file along with details should be upload automatically. And this file can download any one without fee. 6. For menu 9 fields are required

hello sir , I have gone thru your requirement , i will provide complete aesthetic design and functionality as mention . with the description it is very much clear you want easy to navigate and professional looking site as it getting used by authors . they will be able to upload their journals for publication in .pdf and .doc format as mentioned . these uploaded document will appear in a document log section to the site admin section from there he can approve or send any messages to author for ( correction if any ... ) otherwise approving the same from admin panel will be live on website for site visitors to download without any fee .. once admin approves a auto congratulation mail will be sent to Author . as per my understanding of your requirement i'm very much sure to provide a professional solution i have few more points to suggest on ... let me know if i missing anything thanks & regards Vin :)
