Build a Website

I currently own a domain name and I have a buyer that will purchase it ready to go but I would like to drive up he price by having a start up website that has some traffic to potentially sell it for a large profit, The site it's self is to be linked in with the Adult Industry so if this is not your thing or have a problem then sorry this might not be for you. The businesses that will be linked to the website are very established in Melbourne and any local male or female would be familiar with the establishments. I am currently a student and don't have the resources or money to pay for this entirely up front so I have come up with this to inspire you. There will small deposit up front and a percentage of the sale of the combined site and domain will be your payment. See below for he terms and conditions.
