Build a Website

Small website with 3 sections: 1. Inventory tracking. (by project plus warehouse) 2. Weekly project reports (form submitted every friday. Stored by week/project) 3. Job time tracking. (begining of each week balance, foreman enters the hours worked in the week on friday. Balance for next week is calculated.) Must be done in .NET VB or C and an Access Database (2010) as datasource. The database is on the same server as the website and will be provided. The website must be formatted to use on an iphone 6. CSS theme will be provided. Web Pages: Master page with menu. (Inventory, Reports, Time Sheet, Log Out) Log in page. User name / password controls. No password recovery. Inventory page. Project dropdown. Grid with equipment associated with the project's site. User can remove (send to warehouse) or add (from warehouse or another project) When send to warehouse dropdown with notes (must be cleaned, defective, all ok). Equipment is tagged with a barcode as identifier. Grid must contain pictures of the equipment. Reports page: Project dropdown. Form with questions for the foreman. Form can be saved and submitted when ready. A signature field must be added at the end of the form. The form content will be provided. Form is saved by user/project in the database. Once submitted the form must be saved as PDF file locally and emailed. Time Sheet. Project dropdown. Grid with sector, time allocated, time spent during the week. Time spent during the week must be entered by the forman at the end of the week. Each week the time allocated gets recalculated. That's it. More files/details can be provided on request.
