Looking for some one to work with my fulltime on mutiple design and coding of wordpress projects

I will start you at $100 a week and it will go up to 250 per week within in 3 months after we see how well you design and work on projects and max out at 500 per week as the website projects come in. Once you max out you will have to grow your staff and hire some more people to work with you, I have done this before and im doing it again but I need to grow this process, and start from scratch with a new freelancer. Looking for quality freelancer who is not afraid to put in hard work. Please answer the following questions.

1. How many hours to make a mockup?

2. How many hours to code to wordpress?

3. Do you work (Ist) time - 11pm - 8am

4. Do you have skype- Do you speak good english?

5. How many days a week do you work

6. Do you give daily update?

7. How many mockups can you do in 1 day?

8. Do you use a Project manager software to keep projects organized

9. How many hours to make a logo ?

10. Are you ok with taking weekly or Bi-weekly payments?

11. How many projects can you handle per month right now?

12. Are you comfortable speaking with USA, customers.

13. Can you code a website just by looking at the homepage mockup, or do you need the full site layout for each page.

14. Do you have a content writer on staff?

15. Do you have SEO on staff?

16. Do you have PPC on staff?

17. what are your hours of work daily.

18. how many people are on your TEAM?

19. Do you have experience fixing websites that get hacked, and or spyware, can you make backups for sites each month,and manage alot of websites.

20. how many otherprojects are you managing right now?
