I want to create a website where people will login to their account and upload/edit their health & safety documents. I also want questions to appear on their dashboard which they need to answer. The answers they submit will update their account for example 'has there been a permit to dig issued today?' if the user answers no this will automatically pop up in a 'tasks overdue' area on their dashboard. I want the website to be very simple and easy to use.
