Please provide the following: -Project Length -Total Project Cost I own a temporary staffing agency and we are looking to add additional product line to our business. We want to offer an on-demand labor pool - ready to go. This would function similar to, elance, workpop, [login to view URL], AirBnB. Candidates would login set up a profile - possible video, photo options on their profile, job experience, skill sets, skill test results, availability (calendar?), ratings, location, set minimum pay rage, receive email or sms notifications when they are selected for a job. Hiring managers will have access to the candidate list, set up a company profile as well, post jobs – to be used in the future so must be able to turn off right now, when they see candidate profiles – the pay range should automatically be adjusted to include the mark up, account set up should be restricted to admin – we plan on rolling out to a limited amount of users in the beginning. We currently are using wordpress, so we can utilize another wordpress theme – I've found a few that looks like it will function very similar to what I am looking for. We can integrate the new theme with the current theme or completely move my current design theme to the new platform. Current website: [login to view URL]
