Because I very recently started this business and am working to build a portfolio I'm charging a cheaper price than what I plan to do in the future as it will be a learning experience for me as well. For a site like Favor Delivery you're looking at a budget min of about $300 and max of maybe $1000. Though this would obviously change depending on how many pages you would like on your site. Favor Delivery contains only 3 pages plus a few popups -- all of which contain elegant, minimal and modern design which happens to be pretty easy to code. Another aspect of your budget would be determined by whether or not you would like a content management system integrated or if you want your site to be static. I can create a custom Wordpress Theme from scratch which would allow you to edit almost any part of the site without ever looking at lines of code. A static site would mean the only way to change anything is to go into the raw code files. And as you can guess, the Wordpress option would cost more by about $100 (meaning around the $500 mark for my pricing). A word of advice to you -- even if you don't choose me, don't believe anyone that says this project will cost over $1200.
