My website is very basic and requires a major overhaul. Essentially, I require an online brochure-type of site. I won't need e-commerce and nor will I require too much design creative (I have my logos and imagery) apart from the website. Obviously I am on a budget and will be assessing value for money as the primary selection criteria. Time and visual appeal will also be important factors.
