I am planning to start a web and app development company. To start with, I want three small websites(2 or 3 pages) with attractive designs with some dummy texts and pictures. I need this just to show to my customers and convince them to place orders. I am not a boss who wants all profit in my pocket. I will give you more work and a very good salary once the business picks up well. Thank you!

I will create these three websites for you. I believe the best way for this to be done is to use WordPress. I will not host these websites, but I will create three WordPress sites and give you the files that have been created. If you need further information let me know.
