I am a Real Estate Developer and into building apartments. I want to build a website to create online presence for my projects. I have done some research of existing sites and have come up with some mockup, How I want it to look like. Also there are few places from where I have taken inspiration for this. The links are below for your reference. [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Also there a brochure of one of the prestigious projects attached as PDF. I will need all the content of the website to be embedded into the PDF and downloaded when requested for online brochure. Want this to be a responsive website nicely integrated with social media and SEO optimized. The Phase II of the project will be to build an app which will work with Android and IOS. But for now the bid is only for the website. However the design should enable a seamless movement of content to the app. So the current design needs to consider the future requirements. I also need full seo services for 6 months after building the website.
