i have 5 sites i neeed built based on blogs. will go into greater detail once you are GOOD with the terms. Looking for a developer that is willing to jump into a commissioned job opp. we will give up 20% of our sites revenue which will be largely based on the ads and lead gen we have on the site. ultimate goal is to sell the site or sites depending on how many you work on.
