As for the "layout that works across both desktop and mobile platforms" it is called responsive design, and it basically means that the website will adapt to the screen size of the device.

Hello, I am interested in your project as I am working from home (Home Office) with a high speed internet connection 24 hours, so I can work anytime and I am learning fast to something new. I am used to write academic project reports and scientific research project reports on my study. I like to do any research as I am very curious to learn anything new. I am studying and working in software architect and development. I do also HTML, Javascript, PHP, SQL, PHPMyadmin, Online Store /e-Commerce, etc. I am used working for scientific projects with Words, PDF and Excel, also in CSV file format and creating many graphic/figures profiles. I can create a good presentation with Power Point (PPT) as I am used to give presentation in the Nature Sciences classes. I am working with ArcGIS for land planning, urban planning, structure geology, etc. I can do data entry also to manage it. I am used to work with AutoCAD or ArchiCAD for Building or House design. My hobby is Photography, Filming and Photoshop editing. I have many photos collections and using Adobe Photoshop for Photo editing. I also work for Graphic Design Projects. I am excellent in communication skill and able to understand what customer need. I understand what you need in your project. I speak German and English.
