I want a custom website built. It will be similar to Craigslist and will be where companies (members) come online and can advertise their products in categories. The difference in my website is that when a client (registered) searches for a product and clicks the “add to cart” function it will actually be “add to quotation”. The Site will only generate quotation of a product or selected products rather then go through with the whole purchase. Example is a supplier searches for 9inche nails and It will return all the suppliers on my database that are offering that product (product, supplier and price). If he checks all of them (and say there are 5 suppliers on the database) and then clicks generate, the website must automatically provide 5 quotes for the customer. Each quote will have the supplier name and address, specifics of product specified and price. If GST is applicable then it will have that too. The bottom should also include “generated from [login to view URL]” or something along those lines If the customer checks nails and additionally searches for 2inche screws and the search returns 7 suppliers and he chooses all 7 ( 3 of the suppliers also offering 9inche nails and 4 offering only 2inch screws) and then he chooses “generate quote” the website must be able to generate (1) 3 quotes from suppliers that offer both products, (2) 2 quotes for suppliers just offering 9inche nails and (3) 4 quotes of suppliers just offering 2inch screws.
