I currently have one built, yet I want it to be more fresh, urban, trendy and modern as our business has evolved with clients that are much more technically advanced and I want to be on trend with my clients. My clients consist of Air BnB property managers, short term rental and executive rental companies.
Things that are crucial to the website:
- Ability to get general quote and add services
- Ability to add products and services "a la carte" to an order by time
- interactive online quoting system
- Booking and scheduling back end system
- Modern, trendy, clean and very easy to navigate
- ability to accept payments
- Work with an external scheduling, staff management tool
- be built with SEO top of mind
- Have a blogging, vblog portion of the site to be able to post to help with organic SEO population currently using a 3rd party plugg-in for this and would like to know options that would replace and or integrate the current service.
- ability for current clients and new clients to book cleaning service online, view availability and then it would connect with our back end fleet/ staff/ booking software tbd
- Have pre and post work mobile/ email notifications to clients i.e. clients receive a text 24hrs before their cleaning to confirm, clients can get a detailed report of their cleaning after given by the cleaner so they know exactly what was done, suggestions for next time and how much they were charged. The system will also request a easy and or full review from each customer
- Huge emphasis on referral program tracked and managed in an easy way.
