Build and design a website for Hotel and Car booking

I need a website built with wordpress who has two main functionalities: 1. Hotel room booking 2. Car rental booking The hotel booking will include multiple hotels to book from (approx. 1,000 hotels), and is to be similar to this website: [login to view URL] The website should have the same functionalities as this website (Read about functionalities here: Innstant Arena - [login to view URL]) The graphic design should be much better than the above website, with at least an impressive slider. All hotel information is to be scraped from the above website and included in this website. Including text, images, credits etc... The car rental part is to be impressively designed as well. Cars will be rented through Hertz's services. All cars and info should be scraped from hertz's website and included in this website. Regarding the hotel booking part. There should be a space in the upper part of the page (maybe not the most upper) to include a SPECIAL PRICE discounts banner for which we will be able to change the textual contents easily through wordpress admin panel. The special price banner will be be relevant to 10 top hotels (I will tell you which ones). In the config panel for this feature, I will select a hotel from these 10, enter specific dates and price. The result will be something like: SPECIAL PRICE, Hotel X, 8/8/15-8/9/15, only $50 p/night. You get the point. At the first stage of website launch we will not include prices for hotels and cars, instead we will be able to easily switch to "No Price" mode for each hotel and car, which means that instead of a price, the title ORDER NOW will be displayed for each hotel/car we enable this for. When the user will press the call to action button, he will then enter his name, email and phone, and we will get back to him with a price. Later on, we will be able to disable this mode and enter a price for each hotel room or car in the wordpress admin panel. We will provide the logo. The graphics design MUST be nothing less than amazing, including the latest slider effects etc. Clean design yet impressive. All aspects of the website should be EASILY configurable and editable. Website is to be a wordpress website and is to be 100% resposive. Paypal gateway is to be implemented. (for a later stage, as we will not use it at first, but it should be ready) We will send you our logo to implelent in the website design. SEO friendly website.
