Build a wordpress Website based on provided theme

Build a wordpress website. The following elements will be provided: a theme; a mockup layout (based on the theme) and folder with images, leaflets, logos... Website will promote 2 or 3 products but it is not an online store. The mockup will not have the exact layout and content (althought it's close), I want someone who understands the kind of communication and works the content a bit to build several interesting sections to promote the products - just like shown in the theme demo. Content is in english.

- Responsive, retina-ready, user-friendly
- Translation plugin for manual translation
- Embeded videos, image galleries, basic content pages
- some changes to the css will be needed
- shopping cart and "my account" will be removed, it is not an online shop
