Building Illustration CAD style

We need an illustration created as an A4 (300dpi if not vector) 'CAD like' illustration of a high-rise building and surroundings with people wearing uniform (blue shirt with black trousers) and objects displaying the following services: * Cleaning - A cleaner mopping floor or vacuuming carpet * Supplies - A white van with delivering supplies(box) * Line Marking - A line marker panting car park lines * Painting - Painter painting a (internal) wall * Lawn mowing - A person mowing the lawn using either push behind or preferably ride on mower * Floor Coverings - A person laying or fixing floor Security - Security person/s guarding the building The walls of the building can be translucent to display the internals and the people working inside the building. There is no need to add any extra internal details apart from these people. The building will need to be a high-rise, so at least 14 stories high. Attached are images of the style that we would like, similar composition to the image of the single building but the style of the other image. Please provide a quality portfolio with your bid.
