Building custom galleries within current Squarespace template

I have a current website through Squarespace that I like except for the way my galleries and connections to products work. I need to know if someone can change the way my galleries look by editing code or if I would need to consider a new site on a different platform. I want my galleries to look similar to these [login to view URL] More specifically, I want medium sized images with an overlay that says "Fine Art Prints" that when clicked goes to a full sized image with buttons underneath for "info" "location" and a PayPal checkout button.
