Campaign branding design for web banners, email headers and other images

Based on one image ([login to view URL]) some company logos, tag lines and colour guidelines to fit with our corporate policy. I will need the following designed:
1) a big image created for the landing page of the website
2) around 5 different sized web banners
3) header image for email template
4) other smaller graphics based on the campaign theme
I have a rough idea what I am looking for but just need someone I can work closely with to get it created. I also really would like someone with creative input as fresh ideas are always welcome.
