Complete an affiliate shopping / contest website

The qualified freelancer will must be able to prove that they have already created a functional affiliate shopping website using the CJ and or Rakuten api as an aggregator for products under specific categories. Adsense and other means of monitisation will also be necessary. I have already had an experience with a freelancer that was unable to complete the project. Any freelancer interested can PM me through freelancer and will be given further details they will then have to evaluate the existing website created and give me a quote and timeline for the work to be performed. If agreed the time line must be observed. If the timeline given and agreed upon is not observed there will be a 1 week grace after which no payment will be made and the services of the freelancer will no longer be used. If successful the website developer will have the opportunity to develop 2 other related websites one of which has also been started and abandoned by the former freelancer. Payments will be made as agreed upon based on work performed and timelines met. I am looking for a qualified team of web site developers for a long term business relationship will include service updates, promotion and possibly even hosting.
