Configure Paid Membership Pro/Affiliate WP, login screens & mail chimp emails

I have installed a number of plugins and done some partial configuration. Want someone to ensure I have configured a few plugins correctly and make changes accordingly and to create a pricing table and login/logout screens Wanted to set up a tiered subscription model and ability to hide content. Chosen Paid Membership Pro because according to site it integrates with Affiliate WP. Only a small number of pages/categories to be hidden. Requirements are below. • Complete configuration of Paid Membership Pro • Set up ability to use coupons (or discount codes) • Complete configuration of Affiliate WP to work in conjunction with Paid Membership Pro (which should integrate) • Create pricing table (on a specified page) which will work with the Protected Content or Membership plugin and will work with payment gateways • Create a login screen complete with redirects • Create a log out screen complete with redirects Design and Configuration of automated emails within Mail Chimp for the following: • Membership Confirmation Signup • Unsubscribe email
