I am looking for a developer to develop an website and app for Android and IOS. The app is much like an Uber app but for the beauty industry. It would be similar to apps like PopMyday ([login to view URL]) and GoPriv ([login to view URL]). There should be an app for the customer and an app for the therapist (service provider), as well as a responsive website for people who prefer not to use apps. There should also be a backend to track appointments and sales/revenue.

the requirement you have posted ... is app for that have to maintain large number of crowd with website ... If you choose share hosting then you need distributed database architechure of app because you can make more 200 simultanious connection with Mysql database .. you can manage only upto 4000 trafic as per your requirement .. your application need Distributed Hosting / MongoDB + webservices JSON based+ front end GUI (AgularJs/ Bootstrap) for web + android App native with webservice call + iphone app in objective C... you can try any other freelancer or bidder .. but it will be your wastage of money
