Convert Full Color Illustrator Doc to 2 colors

I am not great with Illustrator, and I need the attached document made printer-friendly for a 2 color pantone print job. So if you bid, you agree to work with me until the printer says this works for them. We want just the burgandy color and yellow to be used. We still want the shading in the sunflower, but it needs to be printer friendly and I am not sure how to make this a true 2 color document and I don't have time to figure this out. Please only bid on this if you can give me the file in the next 12 hours.
