Convert a Magento Template to a Website - Rug Website

I have a template in Magento here is the link : [login to view URL] I have purchased the full features of the template and I want to convert them in a RUG Website . 1. Features involve: Best seller, most viewed, latest listings, 2. Search by Size , Price and Colours 3. It should be user friendly for customers to search 4. This template has most of the features already there. 6. Category would be about 6-8 and sub category would be approx 8-9. 7. You will draft the category for me and provide mw with guidance and suggestion how to disolay 8. You must be able to communicate with me via Voice Chat to discuss and explain me 9. Paypal integration - as thisis already inbuilt with the template 10. I have a Xero account - This will also be integrated with the website 11.
