As I analyzed the Media Blackout website, I found it quite easily feasible for my team to complete in less than a week. The most important things that I noticed so far : 1. The main components are dynamic listing of albums on site so I propose WordPress as the most suitable platform for it. 2. The snowy effect can be achieved through Jquery . 3.
