Digital Broadcast, Inc. is seeking a developer to write a small application that will display playlist information and allow changing of playlist information in a grid control. The application will need to be able to work with other small applications that we developed via a drag and drop interface. The application should have a configuration file that contains the configuration for colors and column orders, text label preferences, column position and size, and whether columns are displayed or hidden. Multiple instances of the application should be able to run simultaneously on the same machine. Each instance will receive different start-up parameters. The grid control application will also need to be able to drag and drop to other small applications we are having developed, for example an inventory management control application, or a video player application. We will need to review the design and provide feedback on aesthetics, appearance, and default colors. You need to share a sample of your previous works with WPF UI to be considered for the position. HI, visit my profile to see my previous WPF works. You fill find my profile in the first page of WPF categories here. I read your specs, are you fine with DevExpress controls for your grid, or do you want only standard components with a different style. My concern is about the example of grid you would like to have, to create that master detail layout a third party coontrol is needed, it is quite impossible replicate that behaviour using only standard DataGrid control from Visual Studio.
