The project is connecting 3 types of users:
There will be mainly Three types of user (with different roles) in the website:
1>User A [ User will make the payment for the activity/ projects]
2>User B [ User B will post the activity/project]
3>User C [User C will do the activity/project]
There will be three types of links for 3 types of User to register in the website. Suppose user A will register in the website, in his profile page user A will get the option of being an user B and User C. Same with other user type as well. The registration will be free. So here user A can be user B or User C and same with user B and user C.
The Website Functional Flow:
1>User B can be two types:
i>Private [Incase of this User B has no profit and wont get any money, just doing the activity for free.
ii>Company [In this case User B will have a profit]
2>User B create a place and he will post a activity by entering the following details i>a place,ii> date and comments, iii>pictures and video about the place and iv>activity who wants to do > activity type
Activity category
3>Now User C can search for the activity (or a place where activity is posted by user B) which he would like to do. The searching criteria would be i>search by Activity type ii> search by category
4> User C will send their proposal to User B including the price.
5> User A can also search for doing the activity (or a place where activity is posted by user B) which he wants to be done and then join a particular group or place posted or offered by user B. Then user A will be included in the group by register.
6>Then User B will select the proposal “C” he likes. Then User B will select the User C who will do the activity. Then user C will be included in the group.
7> User “A” can register in one activity once User “B” has created it, even User B haven´t still selected User “C”. If there are a minimum number of people to do the activity the system will send an e-mail to do the payment for user “A” and The money will kept by admin.
8>Every user received a questionnaire of other user b, c, or a, to evaluate them. And the answer will be sent to the admin and after approval will be published in their profile.
9>when activity is done every month, admin will distribute the payment through B and C by keeping some percentage of it.
***Note: Incase of private User B , admin wont give any money to User B
10>Now if user A is not happy with the activity [for which he is making the payment] then User A can file a dispute. In this case a group messaging system will open where User A, B, C can chat with each other and solve the dispute. The dispute will be solved by polling and based on it the admin will release the money.
11> Forum must be integrated to the site for users, host and teachers communication
12> The website will be: responsive, compatible with most of the browsers: Last version of Chrome, Mozilla FireFox, Internet Explore, Safari,..
13> PayPal Payment gateway will be integrated to the site and also the mobile apps and credit cards aplication. Every user could be registered and to have a dash board about activities that he/she has done.
14> Activities will be shown by different field: date, place, type of activities, teacher or professional and proximity from the users “a/user”
15> The site will be responsive and compatible with all the formats, TV, pc, mobile, tablet.
16> Mobile app (Android and iPhone) will be developed and included in the price
17> The forum will act an Social type feel to the site and allow for communication between users, there will be no message board for communication. But there will be a chat to communicate with the admin.
