Creatives for Site

A site is designed and in process of completing functional coding. I am looking for a site designer who can apply creativity to the pages to accomplish 1) A nice look which translates into viewers liking the site. Maybe a little flash. A quick overview of the product/how to use it. 2) Optimization (SEO; links, tags, etc) 3) Ease of use so viewers can easily find information and use the site For an example of a site which has a look that is desirable, see [login to view URL] [login to view URL] provide examples of your work (URLs, etc), your credentials and an idea of how you would approach the assignment. [login to view URL] provide a time frame; How long will it take you to complete the design (in calendar days)? [login to view URL] is assumed that the functional site can be "pasted" to the design to create the final site. If this is not the case, please outline the steps to apply the design to the functional site. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
