I need a custom extension for Visual Composer made. This will be used in Wordpress with the Altair theme. I need the following functionality that looks like the attached image: 1. Background picture needs to be customizable via upload 2. Entire extension needs to be clickable to an internal URL 3. 3 lines of text at the bottom need to be easy to input 4. Overlay behind the text needs to be black at 0.5 or needs to be customizable in the extension 5. Overlay turns red when moused over Experience with Visual Composer in Wordpress is a must...preferably custom extension experience. I need this completed by Friday, July 31, 2015 @ 12:00 PM CST.
