Design & Build Website for NGO

Website for NGO/Non-Profit Organization to augment outreach and fundraising efforts. Freelancer to create a custom design for approval by client; design shall be based on sample provided by client (ie [login to view URL]). Freelancer shall then implement design to create a fully functioning and secured website with WordPress; freelancer shall include payment gateway integration to allow donations to be accepted online and an online chat function for our staff to actively engage site visitors - this should function allowing both the host client and end user the ability to initiate a chat and further allow for limitless multiple chat between host client(s) and end users. Freelancer would setup the site for search engine optimization. Final work product is subject to review by third party verification for security and review of content.
