Design a Website

Greetings, We are seeking a web designer for our website which will provide automated phone call services to businesses. The person is to design both the front page and the user panel by making use of either Photoshop or Illustrator. We are planning to hire somebody else for the PSD to HTML. Here are some other details about the project: A Few Ground Rules: -The design should be compatible with a responsive PSD to HTML. -Shades of blue should be opted for as the dominant colors. We need the other colors to be mainly within the range between white and gray, although certainly not stark white. -All the icons as well as the design in general should be unique. Payment will be withheld otherwise. -Applicants must send in at least five reference works demonstrating sufficient skills that are relevant to this project. Applications failing to fulfill this criterion will not be considered. Front Page -This is a single introductory page, describing what our business is about. -One of the slider areas is to contain an area to accommodate a video clip. -The page should contain these sections: “About Us”, “Contact Us”, “What is Ringador?”, and “How Does It Work?” Our interface developer will set these as one-page scroll; all you need to do is make sure that the design is compatible. User Panel -This contains the “sign in” and “sign up” pages. -The format should be top bar, not sidebar. -There will be separate pages for dashboard, scripts, history, bills, account, payment details, notification details, profile details, reminders. Content design should be compatible with these. -The reminder page should include a calendar based on the Fullcalendar plug-in. The calendar should be designed accordingly. (To see fullcalendar's default design, please check this URL: [login to view URL]) -The scripts page will contain a flowchart model to visualize how the automated messages are sequenced and selected (*I’ll add the details to this later and it’ll make more sense*) Caveat: This is not a one-time job. As long as the website remains operational, we will continue to have further design needs (in exchange for additional payment), including but not limited to designing the advertisement media such as banners.
