Design a Website Mockup - 1 Page Basic format drawn out.

I need to have a promotional page designed for a website that I manage. I have a drawn out description of what needs to be done. I would like to offer 4 different promotional packages. The top of the page should have 4 column images that the user can select from. The images will all have a title above and a subtitle below. Once a user clicks on a box that box will enlarge and display below. The description will show with general text field below it. There will also be a picture of the package that blows up and shows on the right side of the description. Below this there will be variable options that can be added to each of the package. 5 options in total for now. - Please consider that more options may be added later. These options when clicked on will have a short description and picture. Then there will be a check box that allows that user to add this to their package. This changes the price on the page and allows for a user to build their own solar package. I'm looking for someone who can get me a design in the next 4 to 6 hours of this page. I'm looking for quality quick work. This is a quick resume builder and if you can produce I'll leave an awesome full 5 star review. Pictures to illustrate what I envision are attached.
