Design an interface for stroke people

I need an interface designed (storyboard on powerpoint ).Design an interface for stroke users. I will give you the specification if u believe you are the right person for the job.

For the purpose of this specification I am looking for someone who has a good knowledge in making storyboard for an interface as well as the ability to think and adapt based on the specification requirements.
