Sacred Feminine Design is an online shop in the area of Wedding & Bridal and Dresses for Special Occasions. We are 100% Sweden owned and based. We are looking to expand into the entirety of Europe & become the online leading retailer for Wedding & Bridal. We are desiring to hire people based on commission that want to work from home and be a "bridge" produce leads & sales. The employee will get paid a certain percentage of each sold product through us. However, I am needing assistance in creating and developing some kind of a solid system for this. For example, Anna is an employee of Sacred Feminine Design. She is speaking with a person on social media, that then will contact us directly and we will "close the sale". The customer will use Anna's ID number as a referral. But, if the customer does not? And Anna will lose her commission because of this? We want every employee to be able to keep track of their own leads & sales on our website, as some kind of an Affiliate Program for Commission Based Employees. HOW to develop this? We have our webshop at Wordpress & WooCommerce, and it cannot interfere with it. Please send your proposals, but we will only be hiring an EXPERT for this job. I can achieve this by offering 2 solutions: 1 is to offer each person their own 'Shop Front', where they can choose what products they want to sell from your stock and send people directly to there. Once here, people can purchase items, allowing people to keep track of everything. Otherwise, you can simply create an affiliate system that allows you to provide workers a special ID, which when clicked (workers will always provide full URL with ID to people interested), they will get payments for each product purchased based on the cost of the product. The second option is cheaper and less involved (looking at about $200 to implement) while the shop front system is quite hefty to build (looking at close to $2000 to get it running smoothly).
