I need a new graphic for a new web site - is currently on [login to view URL] - the circle that says "Dedicated to keeping America safe" - I need a new one created - I have a graphic that will go in the inner circle - with the "RMA" logo on top of that - but need the circles and writing done up in different colors and need to look professional. I think we just want the circle - not the box on either side. The new background will be dark blue so I think we will want the circle color to be red with white writing. I will provide inner circle graphic to winner.
