design and write a simple native app

I'm looking for someone that can help me create a native app as an add on to an app that I'm busy developing. The app be an exercise app for Kegel exercises aand will have to add a feature where they can indicate the level of incontinence... Please refer to the following apps... This will give you a good idea of what I have in mind: Kegel Trainer MyKegel
