Design: color changes and 1 button fix. -- 2

I have these 3 websites: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] i want each of the sites to have a theme of colors that I will tell you, i mean everything from the Nav bar to the sidebar and buttons and everything. I will probably tell you to do more stuff, like gap problems etc etc. PLEASE be open to accept more stuff that i will tell you as we continue, i need this all done in 1 hour or less,.. i know it's alot of work, but yeah. I want a background picture too, that i will send to you through skype. i say it again, i dont want someone that will say "you didn't tell me this or that in the description" i want someone that can do what i want him to do, without telling me that is not possible. There are some stuff i need fixed, and positioning etc.. that you will help me with too,.. like the "tilføj annonce" color and hovering etc etc. i will try and paint the idea in Paint, and we can start with the Biler site first and move along from there, when everything is completed there, we will move to the 2'nd and 3'rd site. Colors for biler: Nav background: 005aab Nav on: 0086ff hoveR: 0070d5 Colors of boliger: Nav background: #8dc63f Hovering color: #9cd948 Nav chosen button: #68942d colors of Diverse: Nav on: #c75910 Nav background: #fe6e0e AND as you can see on the left sidebar, i want it's colours to match the colours i will provide you, and another problem is, that the biler and boliger i wasn't able to change the Color, when you've chosen the page. and i need some color and hovering on the button called "tilføj annonce" It's hard to explain, but if you want the job, then please write to me. ( PS i only have 15 USD ) I need someone that can do this fast!
