Detail the scope of work agreed to with Anthem and Intergalactic for the Waterfront website. Website Phase 1 Includes 8 pages: - Home – Waterfront branded - Registration - Thank you page - Residences – landing page with “coming soon” messaging - Vision – copy and imagery - Location – interactive map - Developer/Builder– copy and imagery with links off to separate sites - News – landing page with “coming soon” messaging - Contact - copy Website Phase 2 Includes 14 pages: - Residences – landing page - Move in Today – landing page - Tower I & II landing page with copy, imagery and a CTA - Move in Tomorrow – landing page - Outlook – simple page that shows that the development is sold out - Parkside (2A, 2B, 2C) – landing page with site plan - Floorplans (qty. 2A: 23, 2B: 23, 2C: 38) + Panorama Views (qty. 2A: 5, 2B: 9) - Design – landing page - Architecture – copy and imagery - Interior Design (Features & Finishes) – copy and imagery - Amenity – copy and imagery - Gallery – carousel of imagery, renders and video(s) with descriptions - Parkside 2D Teaser – landing page with floorplans (qty. 12) - News – including a CMS for blog posts and news articles The clients do not need the site fully editable, but they want to be able to update certain elements of copy. The want to be able to update: - Home page - edit all copy including headlines + body copy - Residence page - landing page headline + body copy - Move In Today page - landing page headlines + body copy - Move In Tomorrow page - landing page headlines + body copy - News page - ability to add your own news articles and blog posts - Contact page - all copy + contact information

Hi, we have read all the requirements and we are very confident to do this project from start till end. We definitely have some questions when we discuss project with you. Due to the change of bid system at freelancer.com, they ask freelancer to submit the project proposal at the time of bid. But it is not the right way, initially we can go through the requirements but we definitely need to spend time to write the proposal. Also they provide no place or private message unless you contact us, therefore we cannot submit the portfolio, examples site and our creative work. Also we do not post the portfolio and work examples publically to avoid other people copying it and claiming as their own.
