I need to add the following functions to an existing form. - Image upload to server via javascript. - Image should upload with a specific number given by the user in the form (example: ASG245 adding a - with a increasing number (final result should be: ASG245-1, ASG245-2...) - Validate the image upload field to make sure only JPG, JPEG files are uploaded with a minimum and maximum file size. - Once the user hits the SEND button the image should be stored to the server. The form is uploading the values to a google spreadsheet but the photos should just be uploaded to the server and send the link(s) to the photos via email.
