I'm looking for create surveys to send to my friends so they can rate different items. I have already created something very similar to what I want on google survey, but I cant insert pictures in there. Here's the link [login to view URL] I want to be able to insert pictures instead of the URL's I have posted, with a description on the right side, and a 5 star rating system like the one these guys offer underneath the picture. [login to view URL] Please make this in a way that I can track whats the overall rating for each item. Please create the webpage in a way that I can insert whichever images I want. You can choose the size of the picture to be 200x200 pixels. Don't worry about background or anything like that.

I will create you a survey control panel where you can login as admin and create surveys, add questions and images to surveys. Once you created the survey in admin panel, you can make it public or private. If you make it public all people who has link can see survey, if you make it private only users with defined email addresses will see the survey. Image size is not matter you can adjust image size according to your needs from control panel. You will also have reports section in control panel where you will see results of surveys, best voted questions etc. statistics. I will support statistics page with bar and line graphs whic will make it so easy to read data you collected in your database.
