I'm looking for professional and highly skilled vector (or raster) artist, to draw modern city backgrounds. Style is similar to Ghost in the Shell manga: modern buildings, streets, perspective drawing.

Special palette is required, to create specified emotional mood in viewer.

This is for 2d side scrolling game about robots, that kill humans and destroys cities.

Please see attached design document, for details, and then evaluate your budget and required time

You have to provide your portfolio with samples of your works

After backgrounds, also there will be a lot of other work
