I need a cityscape image created for a client website. This image will go on the home page and I envisage it to be published at 800 x 800px (tbc). The scene will cover a number of key areas: a harbour/dock, skyscraper, school, hospital, railway line, factory and a backdrop of rolling fields with wind turbines in the distance. Each key area (still be to be confirmed by the client) will need to be distinct and separated from the others as they will act as links to areas of the site. I’d like to create mouse- over movement so the wind turnbines move (or stop perhaps), smoke comes out of the factory etc… so an initial concept will need to expand to a layered PNG/PSD once approved by this client. The style is modern/futuristic (I’m thinking Futurama) Ideas, availability, cost outlines please
