Please refer to 87 Bay Street file refer to both tabs and the following tasks can be undertaken for both. - I need to compare the Data Provide by Nettleton, Koichi, Kann and BVN to both the Base Scheme Date - Turners for both Tabs - Could you add additional columns to the right of the data sets mentioned above and work the the % increase of decrease for each data set from the base data - Turner Scheme - for example Tab 1 could you work out the increase or decrease from the base scheme for GFA, FECA, Balconies, NSA, Efficiency for each compared to the based - for example Tab 2 could you work out the Qty, Rate $, Total $. - once the columns have been added and data analysis inserted (thru formulas) could you format in accordance with each color already used in the headings. - could you add conditional formatting to the percentage increase or decrease columns if increasing highlight font green if decreasing highlight red - (if you don't know how to use conditional formatting please don't undertake this task.

FYI: The sample data file (87 Bay street file) is not attached to the project message. Although the sample file is not available, based on description the job seems familiar & will be accomplished with fast turnaround time.

Im a new freelancer from this site and was very much intrigued by working offsite. If this job entails me to use excel and other functions of excel, I am very much fit to do the tasks. I am using excel as part of my work as Test Engineer crunching data, plotting them, providing analysis and presenting to top management. Hope you could award me this job. Perhaps you could provide me a portion of your data so I can do some magic and will forward it immediately. Let me know if you need any chart or just need to flat out tabulate the data in excel and perform conditional formatting and some minor computations.

Hello, it seems you forgot to attach the files you were referring to. I am just okay with excel, but what you are intending to achieve seems straight forward, here is how I would approach the problem. To compare two cells, I would use a formula on the row just to the right to determine the percentage. If number is less than hundred, then it's a decrease, if greater than hundred, then its an increase. I then use the if function to check for increases and decrease, and use filters to format the increasing and decreasing cells. With regards to the rest of your brief, I can't really understand what you are trying to do without seeing a sample file. If I am considered for this job, I would like to see the files in question before I commit, thank you very much.
