I have 2 very specific requirements.

1] BLOG SYNDICATION:

We publish blog articles every Tue & Fri.

I need 6 websites every month where I can syndicate my blog articles.

Sites offering Manual submissions like reditt & [url removed, login to view]

OR

Sites with RSS syndication like [url removed, login to view]

The websites must have the following attributes:

- PR4+

- Alexa US score <50k

- Related to Customer service, Outsourcing, Technology (except gadgets & electronics)

2] GUEST BLOGS:

I plan to write 4 articles every month for guest blogs.

I need 4 websites every month which easily accept guest blogs.

The websites must have the following attributes:

- PR4+

- Alexa US score <50k

- Related to Customer service, Outsourcing, Technology (except gadgets & electronics)

We do NOT want content writers, we only WANT content marketers.

This is a recurring monthly activity.
