Build Links to my Website

Please read and understand all the specifications mentioned in below before committing to this project. Purpose: To have a clear and mutual understanding of the project specifications so that there wouldn’t be any miscommunication or discrepancies throughout the progress of the project and after. Objective: To build links on a monthly basis for our websites, landing pages, and keywords. Project Specifications: This will be a fixed price project. You will have to build a total of 350 links as part of the project. The 350 links should be a combination of different links such as the ones mentioned in the table below: Links Type Number of Links Comments Directory Submissions 100 Should provide screenshots of submissions Social Bookmarking 50 All links should be active and working Article Submissions 45 All links should be active and working Press Releases 45 All links should be active and working YouTube 20 All links should be active and working Online Presentations 20 All links should be active and working Social Profiles 50 All links should be active and working Magazines/ Scribd 20 All links should be active and working All the links should be unique. Each link should be from a different domain. The Page Rank (PR) of the domains in which links are built should be a minimum of 3. You will have to build at least 2 links with the Page Rank (PR) of the page, not domain, being at least 5. All the links built should be active and working. The 350 links should be built within a timeframe of 10 days from the date of commencement of the project. Weekly interim reports should be sent once in 5 days. Project Modalities: Once your quote is accepted by us, you will have to build and deliver 50 links. The timeframe for building these 50 links is 2 days from the date of accepting your proposal. We will review the 50 links you build, and if they comply with the above mentioned project specifications, we will make a payment of 25%. Once the above 50 links are reviewed and accepted by us, you can get started with the remaining 300 links. The timeframe for building these 300 links is 7 days from the date of accepting the previous 50 links. We will review the 300 links you build as soon as we receive them, and if they comply with the above mentioned project specifications, we will make the remaining payment of 75%. All payments would be made through a NEFT transfer. Payments would be made only upon receiving the invoice. The format of the invoice could be as suggested by us, similar or better.
