Deoptimize or Demote 2 Google Links

Hi Internet Marketing Experts, We have got 2 negative links that we need to push it down to after Google 6th page, whenever we search for that specific keyword, the negative links shows up in the first page of Google. Please note the negative link in NOT on my website it’s from some else website.
